The 5 Levels of Being

You are a vibrational being! The universe exists in a vibrational state, with everything emitting a frequency. The Earth's primary frequency, known as the Schumann Resonance, is 7.83 Hz and is often referred to as the Earth's heartbeat due to its rhythmic and constant presence. The human body's frequency ranges from 5 Hz to 10 Hz, while a cat's purr is between 25 Hz and 150 Hz. A rose vibrates at 320 MHz (megahertz), the highest of any plant on Earth, which is why it is linked to love and healing. Authentic rose essential oil is quite expensive for this reason. Using it can help elevate your own vibration, enhancing your connection to your spiritual nature and aiding in emotional healing. I like to apply it to my third eye before sessions and often use it before sleeping to enhance my dream state. The frequency of love is 528 Hz, also known as the miracle tone, and includes 639 Hz, referred to as the connection frequency.
Recognizing yourself as a vibrational being and realizing that you can affect your vibration is empowering. Alongside your vibrational essence, you also exist spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically, and each aspect must be equally nurtured to ensure health, love, harmony, and more are present in your journey. Genuine fulfillment arises from viewing these as integral components of your existence.
Spiritual Level: This stage involves connecting with your inner wisdom, purpose, and a deeper sense of life's meaning.
Mental Level: This pertains to the mind, thoughts, and beliefs, emphasizing the importance of cultivating a balanced and intuitive way of thinking.
Emotional Level: This aspect centers on emotions and feelings, focusing on processing them healthily to achieve inner peace.
Physical Level: This relates to your physical body and health, stressing the need for care and attention, although it is just one part of the entire being.
Vibrational Level: This refers to your energetic state of consciousness and overall well-being, where higher vibrations align with positive emotions and health, while lower vibrations correspond to negative feelings and potential health issues.
One thing I frequently do is draw columns on a blank sheet of paper, using the Five Levels of Being as headings. Under each heading, I list ways to honor that aspect of myself. I reflect on how I am nurturing each part and brainstorm additional ideas to support me.
Spiritually, I feel fortunate to engage in the work I do. Each session allows me to immerse myself in the spiritual realm. Outside of work, I meditate and request most benevolent outcomes. To maintain spiritual awareness and connection, I frequently ask myself, what would my Higher Self think and do? For some of you, attending church and saying daily devotionals might be important or maybe you participate in a spiritual group. What other ways do you find to honor your spiritual nature? Do you spend time in nature? In silence? Maybe you dance to feel connected?
Mentally, I ensure that I read a lot, both fiction and non-fiction! I enjoy crossword puzzles and word games. I write, paint, and analyze my dreams. I take classes to broaden my mind and watch documentaries. I also regularly receive microcurrent neurofeedback and take NAD+. I am attempting to limit my screen time, yet the cat videos are just way too much fun. IYKYK I also will rearrange the furniture, plants, crystals and art in my home when I am seeking a new perspective. Wayne Dyer suggests changing up the photographs that you have around to change the energy in a space. What are ways you honor your Mental needs? Is there a language you want to learn or a class you want to take?
Emotionally, I have a wonderful therapist and dear friends who help me process my thoughts and feelings. I also very much appreciate my Emotion/Belief code practitioner. I journal and am currently prioritizing my personal connections and relationships, making this my top priority. I have date nights with my husband. Truthfully though, I want to see more activity in this area, especially with my girlfriends, because I tend to focus intensely on work, letting other things fade into the background. What about you? Can you allow yourself to cry? Are you comfortable expressing your thoughts and feelings? Do you have an outlet and support to do this safely?
Physically, I practice hot yoga and use the Peloton. Yes, I got one when nothing else was available or open, and I love it! The instructors are incredibly inspiring and uplifting, and the variety of workouts is endless. I even enjoy their guided meditations. I also follow a vegetarian diet, which I've maintained for 30 years, drink plenty of water, walk, take my supplements, and ensure I get enough sleep. I rarely eat out, preferring to cook healthy at home. Cooking can actually satisfy all levels of being! I incorporate essential oils and flower essences into all my routines. How about you? What are you doing to honor your physical nature? Do you make time for massages? Are there habits and routines you want to change? Maybe it is time for a coach or guide who can support in any changes you are seeking?
Vibrationally (which I also refer to as energetically), I use incense and often sage to enhance or clear the energy in my space. I pay attention to my thoughts, although this isn't always easy. Ha! The blessing is that by honoring all four levels of being, you actually influence the fifth. When you honor your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional nature, you positively impact your vibrational one. Many activities, such as cooking, dancing, getting a massage, and painting, can honor more than one aspect of being. However, if you need help in shifting your vibration or addressing a particular area of your life, I encourage you to research the nine Solfeggio tones, get some quality headphones, and give them a try.
Solfeggio frequencies consist of a set of musical tones, each possessing distinct spiritual and healing qualities. These ancient sounds are employed in sound therapy and meditation to enhance well-being by purifying the mind and body.
Here is a breakdown of each frequency:
174 Hz: Linked to profound healing and pain alleviation, offering a soothing and grounding effect.
285 Hz: Believed to rejuvenate energy fields, restructure cellular formations, and aid in tissue healing.
396 Hz: Thought to assist in releasing guilt and fear, fostering inner tranquility and freedom.
417 Hz: Recognized for reversing negative circumstances and clearing trauma, aiding in the elimination of negative energies.
528 Hz: Known as the "miracle tone," this frequency is linked to DNA restoration, energy transformation, and healing promotion.
639 Hz: Related to love, connection, and communication, encouraging harmonious relationships and inner equilibrium.
741 Hz: Employed for cleansing and purification, enhancing self-expression, and assisting in toxin removal from the body.
852 Hz: Linked to awakening intuition, altering consciousness, and returning to a higher spiritual state.
963 Hz: Known as the frequency of divine awareness, it is believed to activate the pineal gland and encourage spiritual enlightenment.

You never know what they might say. I am always surprised at how it resonates too. One lady was told to start belly dancing. I thought to myself that was out there for her, but she loved it! I have had Guides suggest more massages, take yoga, learn Tai Chi, plan a trip to a specific location, call someone in particular, listen to a certain musician, take a certain supplement or class, and more. They may even suggest you read a certain book and watch a certain movie. Guides can get very specific. They will often tell you in what order too! Remember, your Guides are here to guide you and are always focused on what serves your highest and best. And if consulting your Spirit Guides through a reading isn't an option for you, then trust your dreams! What do you dream about doing or learning? Where do you dream of going? What are you drawn to? These are intuitive nudges, trust them and find a way to move in that direction!! You will be so supported!
